Breakfast:
4 eggs EVCO w/ feta
1 banana

3 cups coffee w/ cc and cinammon

Lunch:
4 eggs w/ feta

Mid-afternoon Snack:
Chicken Thigh

Dinner:
1 chicken thigh
spaghetti squash

Training:

Rest Day

Haven’t felt that great. Really stressed and if I had to classify how I feel by the weather, it would be mostly cloudy. Back is still bothering me as well.
