Sleep:
7.5 hours (in bed by 6:30PM, but didn’t go to sleep until 9:30PM…woke at 5:30AM)

Training:

21-15-9
Thrusters (65#)
Burpees

6:29

65# felt really light the first round…did all 21 unbroken. burpees took it out of me. For thrusters, 15’s were broken into sets of 5 and 9’s were broken into 5 and 4.

Diet has been off for the past week…will begin reposting tomorrow.
