Workout with Sean and Kathleen

Part C. of Invictus

On the minute, every minute, for 10 minutes:
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Squats
(If you fail to complete a round in the 60 seconds, finish it and skip the next round, then pick up on the following minute. Note the number of completed rounds and which, if any you tripped up on.)

Made it through 3 rounds, didn’t complete 4, sat out 5
Made it through 6 and didn’t complete 7, sat out 8
Made it through 9 and didn’t complete 10 on time

5 rounds completed under 1 min, 3 rounds completed over 1 min, 2 rounds sat out
