Breakfast/Lunch:
4 eggs, red bell peppers, garlic, spinach
2 cups of blueberries

Trained today at the YMCA

Invictus Monday WOD Part B
Five sets for times of:
315/225 lb. Deadlift x 3 reps
Handstand Push-Ups x 6/4 reps
Rest 60 seconds

0:25; 0:24; 0:27; 0:22; 0:34 (lost balance on the HSPU’s)

Then,

10 x 30 sec sprints on the treadmill w/ 60 sec rest in between
Started at 10.0 and worked up to 12.0…have no idea how far each sprint was, but definitely hard.

Starbucks – Quad shot grande americano w. h&h

Dinner @ CPK
Caramalized Pear Salad w. Salmon and Bacon w/ dried cranberries

After Christmas shopping snack:
Grande decaf americano w/ H&H
Nut and raisin mixture
2 squares of Ghiridelli Dark Chocolate/Sea Salt/Almonds
