Rest Day from training

Breakfast at home:
4 eggs
1 banana

coffee w h&h most of the day

Lunch at Urban Plates
Steak Salad w cashews and Pinapple Mango vinegarette

Dinner at Station Sushi (Not Paleo)
1-1.25 Rolls
