Sleep 11PM-7AM (8 hours)

Breakfast:
Americano w/ coconut cream and cinammon

WOD: Move gym for time:
8-1PM: Moved equipment to new gym

Lunch at Pipes:
Sausage scrambler w cilantro and avo
Fruit
Coffee w h&h

Dinner:
3 small chicken thighs
speghetti squash

    Congrats on your new gym! Hope things continue to grow for you and CFSB. Alex did some CF last shift with all the guys… He was hurting the next day.

    1. I am very proud of you…keep it up. Try coconut cream (and not the bottled kind) in place of hh. You get it in cans…its labeled coconut milk, just put it the refrigerator and let the cream rise to the top. 😉
