Did some back squats and then worked out with my 5:30PM class (Tom, Tommy and Matt)…
Eight sets of:
Back Squat x 2-3 reps @ 30X1
Rest 2 minutes
(These sets should all be heavy. Use rest time to stretch and mobilize your upper body.);
Back Squats were High Bar, stayed light to medium weight because my back is still bothering me and I’m working on distributing the load evenly when I squat.
Started at 135(3) for 6 sets, went 155(3) for last 2 sets.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
135/95 lb Thrusters x 3 reps
Pull-Ups x 6 reps
32/24 kg Kettlebell Swings x 9 reps
5 rounds + 4 Pullups Rx’d (Loved this workout, fun times!)
