Kind of a rest day…
went to Oly at Invictus, but just worked on positioning and technique…used no more than 77 kg. Some notes to take away:
– Hips Down
– Gaze straight ahead
– Weight transfers from Midfoot -> Heel (but toes stay on the ground)
– Knees back (maintaining contact of toes with ground)
– Chin Up (not tucked)
Worked on some MU transitions in between sets
Overall, good active recovery day.
