Went to Invictus for Oly…

Shrug + PSn (HB)   50/4×2  60/3  65/3  70/3  75/3  80/3  85/3×2
RDL (% of Clean or F.Sq)  80/5  90/5×4

For the Sh + PSn I used 100#(45kg) as my 1RM to base my lifts off of. My lifts were supposed to look like this:
23kg/4×2  27kg/3  30kg/3  32kg/3  34kg/3  36kg/3  39kg/3×2

Worked my way up, but got to 34kg (75%) and missed my 3rd lift. Wasn’t feeling that great, so dropped it down a bit to finish up working technique.

Finished with RDL’s, used 165#(75kg) as 1RM front squat

60kg/5  68kg/5×4
