Training today was good…lotsa squatsa…

Wasn’t able to track exact times, but consistently stayed under :20 for all sets
Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes, complete:
15 Wall Ball Shots
Again, didn’t track exacts, but stayed around :29-:33 for each set
Three sets for times of:

20 GHD Sit-Ups
Rest 2 minutes
This part was no fun…
didn’t get my time for the first set, but guessing it was around 2:15; took much more than 2 mins rest b/t sets 1 and 2
2nd set: 2:21
3rd set: 2:15
It was interesting…on the thrusters and wall balls, I noticed I was just seconds behind most of the others and as I was going through the motions, it made me really start to think about what made them that split second faster. I need to really focus on speed when coming out of the bottom on things like these…that makes a big difference in the end.

Got home and just had to polish off the rest of the Sea Salt Caramel Gelato…that stuff is sooo good.
Went to Cardiff Market to stock up on groceries and they were grilling ribs.
So, rack of ribs with lots of good bar-b-q sauce on top.
Went to bed and took a nap from 5-7pm…thought I might get up and clean a little later…didn’t happen. Stayed in bed, played on iPad, read some articles on T-nation, wrote a little bit, and then went back to sleep around 9:30PM I think.
