Woke up at 5AM, breakfast was 2 eggs cooked in EVOO and a decaf Americano w HWC

Coached 6AM and did the workout at 7AM with Joanna and Glory. Fun times…here’s what it looked like:

Invictus Performance Workout from Jan 25, 2012

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
100 Meter Run
10 Burpees

Completed 5 rounds + 100m sprint + 4 burpees

Rest 3 minutes, and then . . .

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
Kettlebell Swings x 15 reps
Push-Ups x 10 reps

Completed 5 rounds exactly

Rest 3 minutes, and then . . .

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
Box Jumps x 15 reps
Pull-Ups x 10 reps

Completed 4 rounds + 10 box jumps

8AM: Post-WOD Snack was a banana w/ honey

9:30AM: Snacked on 2 pieces of pork chop and a glass of coconut milk

10:45AM:
Late Breakfast at Pipes
Sausage scrambler, no cheese, with avo and cilantro
a 1/3 banana
Coffee

Snack at 4PM:
Pork Chop

Dinner:
Steamed Broccoli w/ glass red wine
