Don’t remember food for today here either…

Trained with Jo at 7AM, did the following:

A.
Four sets of:
Back Squat x 6-8 reps @ 30X1
Rest 2 minutes
Weighted Pronated-Grip Pull-Ups x 5-7 reps
Rest 2 minutes

Did 3 sets, ran out of time…stayed light at 95# on the Back Squats for all 3 sets because back was still bothering me. Did 7, 5 and 5 strict pullups.

B.
“Little Bear”
Three sets of:
Barbell Complex x 5 reps
Rest 2 minutes between sets

Completed all 3 sets with 95#…wow, that got tough. Overhead felt the weakest, especially behind the neck.

Deadlift
Hang Power Clean
Front Squat
Shoulder to Overhead
Back Squat
Shoulder to Overhead
