Got up early, had 2 eggs and a 1/2 decaf americano on the way to Invictus…

Trained with the Invictus crew at 7AM…we did the following…

On the minute, every 3 minutes:
0-3 500m Row (1:50.5)
3-6 20 C2B Pullups (2:44)
6-9 400m Run (1:33)
9-12 50 KB Swings @ 1 pood (1:38)
12-15 500m Row (2:03)
15-18 20 C2B Pullups (2:21)
18-21 400m Run (1:33)
21-24 50 KB Swings @ 1 pood (1:37)

Rested a few minutes and then did…

2 sets of:
25 GHD Situps
30 Hand Release Pushups
Rest 60 secs

2:21 and 2:45

Sweet potatoes with honey post-WOD

Met the crew at The Kook Cafe, had eggs and bacon.

Then, bacon and grass-fed beef burger for late lunch.

Worked on business stuff all day, off to bed early to rest up for Tamer’s hike!!
