A) Three sets, not for time, of:
Butterfly Pull-Up x 5-6 reps
Handstand Push-Ups x 5-6 reps
Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups x 5-6 reps
Hollow Rocks x 30 seconds

worked technique on the BF pullups…still don’t have those…

B) Six sets of:
Deadlift x 4-5 reps

185(5)/205(5)/215(5)/225(5) – only did four sets here…worked on keeping perfect form and felt 225 breaking down a little in mid-back…

C) Five sets for times of:
Power Clean x 3 reps (heavy)
Wall Ball Shots x 15 reps
Rest 3 minutes
