Whole30 – Day 3

Day 3 and I ate like a PIG!

Breakfast:
3 eggs w spinach, green onions, avocado cooked in extra virgin olive oil
few slices of mango, few strawberries and a small handful of blueberries

Americano w Heavy Cream

Lunch (at AFCEA Luncheon):
Salad w carrots and tomatoes
Chicken w. broccolini and carrot (chicken had some kind of sauce on it that ended up giving me a little indigestion…pretty sure that wasn’t paleo)

Pre-workout:
Larabar

Workout:

Five sets of:
Hang Clean x 1.1.1.1.1 (77#/88#/99#/110#/114.4#)
(rest 10 seconds between singles)
Rest 2 minutes
Weighted Chin-Up x 2-3 reps (15#(3)/20#(3,3,3,3))
Rest 2 minutes

Five sets of:
Band-Assisted Chest-to-Bar Pull-Up x 3 reps @ 2110 (red band)
Rest 10 seconds
Walking Lunges w/20 kg Plate Overhead x 20 reps @ 2011
Rest 90 seconds

Post-workout (yep, I was hungry):
Peter Rabbit mushed apple-carrot and squash pack
Pistachios
Cucumbers w/ coconut vinegar
Larabar
Iced black tea

Dinner:
Eggplant Lasagna

Snack @ 9:45PM:
Larabar (no, not a good idea)
