Whole30 – Day 4

No training today, so just food…

Breakfast:
3 eggs w spinach, green onions, cilantro, avocado cooked in extra virgin olive oil
few slices of mango, few strawberries and a small handful of blueberries

Americano w Heavy Cream

Mid-morning snack:
Pistachios

Lunch:
Eggplant Lasagna

Dinner:
Eggplant Lasagna
