Breakfast:
3 eggs w spinach, green onions, cilantro, avocado cooked in coconut oil
few slices of mango, few strawberries and a small handful of blueberries

Americano w Heavy Cream

Lunch:
Eggplant Lasagna
Larabar

Green Tea at Starby’s

Workout:

Five sets of:
Close-Grip Bench Press x 2.2.2 @ 20X1 (95/100/105/110/115)
(rest 10 seconds between doubles)
Rest 2 minutes
Russian Kettlebell Swing x 15-20 reps (20kg x 20, 20; 24kg x 20, 20, 20)
(focus on tight belly)
Rest 2 minutes
Four sets of:
Strict Handstand Push-Ups x Max Reps @ 20X1
(use parallettes, but place unstable abmats up to parallel – you’re not going to depth, but I want you practicing HSPU from the parallettes)
Rest 2 minutes
did 4 reps each set with 4 sec negative
Eight sets for times of:
10 Ring Dips (purple band)
15 Russian Kettlebell Swings (16 kg)
15 Air Squats
Rest 60 seconds
1:15/1:15/1:30/1:15/1:13/1:15/1:25/1:20

Post-Workout:
Peter Rabbit Apple Grape puree

Dinner:
Eggplant Lasagna (don’t worry, there’s only one serving left…it’s about to get crazy up in here)
