1 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Up
2 Cleans
2 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
3 Cleans
3 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
4 Cleans
4 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
. . . and so on up the ladder
Men = 205 lbs, Women = 135 lbs.

Score was 7 on this today. Kept failing on the cleans. Not sure what was going on, but just felt really fatigued overall, especially in my arms, elbows. My scores have continuously gotten worse on this piece since Dec 2011.
Jan 21, 2012: 13 (3 rounds + 1 clean)
Dec 3, 2011: 20 (4 rounds even)

Rest exactly 8 minutes, and then:

Complete as many reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
1 Clean (power or full)
1 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Up

2 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
3 Cleans
3 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

250 Meter Row
25 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
50 Double-Unders

3 rounds, 250m row and 25 KB swings (PR on this part!)
Jan 21, 2012: 3 rounds, 250m row and 3 KB Swings.
Dec 3, 2011: 3 rounds exactly

Every time this series of workouts come up it seems I’m getting slower with part A, staying mostly consistent with B, and PR’ing part C. But I’ve recently been PR’ing a lot of my lifts, including my clean.
