– Power Clean + Clean + Jerk – 75% (of clean) x 1+1+1 x 3, 80% x 1+1+1 x 2     [123# for 3 sets, 132# for 2 sets]
– Mid-Hang Snatch – 65% x 3 x 3, 70% x 3 x 2    [73# for 3 sets, 80# for 2 sets]
– Snatch Push Press + Overhead Squat – 75% (of snatch) x 5+1 x 2, 80% x 5+1    [83# for 2 sets, 88# for 1]
4 sets; no rest:
10 plate topside halfmoons/side
5 KB clean/arm

6:00; 25# plate, 1 pood KB…I realized I don’t know how to do KB Cleans…
