6AM session

– Front Squat – 70% x 2 x 5    [115#]
– Snatch – heavy single   [went 53#, 83#, 93#Fail, 93#, 98#…stopped there, wanted to end on a good note]
– Clean & Jerk – heavy single   [98#, 113#, 133#, 138# missed the jerk]
– Weighted Lunge – 3 x 8/leg  [93# / 93# / 93#]
