– Snatch Pull – 90% (of snatch) x 3, 95% x 3 x 3    [103# for 1 set, 108# for 3 sets]
– Halting Snatch Deadlift (upper thigh) – 85% (of snatch) x 3, 90% x 3 x 2    [97# for 1 set, 103# for 2 sets]
– SLDL – 3 x 5  [138#/138#/138#]
