Beach Bootcamp Workout Of The Day:

“Pullin’ Power”

In teams of 2, while 1 person rows 250m on the rower:
AMRAP Pull-ups

Once 1st person finishes the row, switch.

Once both partners have rowed, both partners rest 90 seconds.

Rinse and repeat for a total of 4 times, switching who starts with the row each time.
