AMRAP In 25 Minutes Of:
10 Burpee Box Jump Overs
20 Overhead Weighted Walking Lunge (45/25)
100m Sprint

Partner A will complete 1 full round while Partner B is resting, then Partner A will rest while Partner B completes 1 full round, switching back and forth throughout the duration of the workout.
