Beach Bootcamp Workout Of The Day:

“I Got Squat!”

From 0:00 to 2:00 minutes:
20 Broad Jumps
Bear Crawl 50 feet
5 Air Squats
From 2:00 to 4:00 minutes:
20 Broad Jumps
Bear Crawl 50 feet
10 Air Squats
From 4:00 to 6:00 minutes:
20 Broad Jumps
Bear Crawl 50 feet
15 Air Squats

Continue adding 5 reps to the air squats each interval for as long as you are able.
