Beach Bootcamp Workout Of The Day:

“Dinner and Dessert”

AMRAP in 8 minutes:
15 Wall Balls (20lb/14lb – 10ft target)
15 Kettlebell Swings (53lb/35lb)

Rest 1 minute, then….

For time:
Run 400m
30 Burpees
