Beach Bootcamp Workout Of The Day:
“Run, Jump, Press”
Against a 20 minute clock,
in teams of 3, while
Partner A is running 150m,
Partner B is completing as many reps as possible of Double Unders,
Partner C is completing as many reps as possible of Push Press.
Once Partner A completes the run, Partner A will rotate to Double Unders,
Partner B will rotate to Push Press,
Partner C will rotate to the run.
Each person will keep a running tally of all of their reps accumulated. The total score is Partner A + Partner B + Partner C’s tallies combined.
