Beach Bootcamp Workout Of The Day:

“D Street Fun”

4 Rounds For Time:
With a dumbbell in each hand, starting at the bottom of the D Street stairs,
run to the top of the D Street stairs,
complete 20 Dumbbell Thrusters,
run back down to the bottom of the D Street stairs,
Rest 3 minutes
