Veterans_Day_DogtagsBeach Bootcamp Workout Of The Day:

“Team Murph”

In groups of 2*; complete the following for time:
1 Mile Run
100 Pullups**
200 Pushups
300 Squats
1 Mile Run

* 1 person works at a time; you can partition however you want
**substitute Ring Rows for Pullups if needed
