Beach Bootcamp Workout Of The Day:

“Hill Sprints And Fun At The Beach”

Complete 1 hill run @ 50% effort
Complete 1 hill run @ 80% effort
Complete 5 Hill runs at 100% effort

Rest 5-10 min and walk to beach

Complete 4 Rounds of:

Bear crawl or Crab walk approx 100 feet
Burpee Broad jump back to start
10 Reverse Burpees
