In teams of 2, with 1 person working at a time:
Relay Row 2000m (switching partners every 500m) OR Relay Run 1600m (switching partners every 400m)
200 Wall Balls
Relay Run 1600m (switching partners every 400m) OR Relay Row 2000m (switching partners every 500m) (Whichever you didn’t do first)
