Reps 5-10-15-20-25-30-35 etc….
Get high as possible in sequence in 25 minutes
Half Mountain Man-makers (DB Plank Row (both arms) – Pushup – Mountain Climber (both legs))
Walking lunges (weightless)
Run 200m (to the dog poop sign on 4th St and back)
