Beach Bootcamp Workout Of The Day:

“Party of 2”

In teams of 2, with 1 person working at a time:
For Time:
800m Run with a Medicine Ball (1 medball per team, switch between partners as needed)
200 Double Unders
100 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
50 Turkish Get Ups
