A. EMOM x 8 min – Ring Pull-ups or Ring Rows
***Goal is to be able to it the SAME number on each minute UNBROKEN

did 2 strict ring pullups each minute

B. EMOM x 8 min – Burpees x AMRAP 20 sec (rest 40 sec)

got between 8 and 11 burpees each minute

Rest 5-10 min

C. AMRAP 20 min – Cindy

5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats

15 rounds + 9 reps…this is a PR.
Splits were 0:43, 0:53, 1:02, 1:09, 1:13, 1:21, 1:31, 1:29, 1:31, 1:28, 1:27, 1:26, 1:28, 1:30, 1:30, 0:26 (partial round)
