A. 30 Rounds for time, where each round must be unbroken (30 min cap):
***Weights should be light, such that you can do multiple sets unbroken, if you wanted to. See Levels for guidance in choosing weight

1 Deadlift
1 Bent-over row
1 Hang clean high pull
1 hang clean
1 front squat to Overhead (or thruster)
1 Back squat to Overhead (or back thruster)

L1 – 65/35
L2 – 80/55
L3 – 95/65
L4 – 110/75

This was a fun workout once I got the cycling down…used 65# and finished in 10:43

B. 5 Rounds:

Run 200m
Walk 200m

Completed this…didn’t time it. This was probably the most boring workout I’ve done in a while…
