A. EMOM x 8 min – Ring Pull-ups or Ring Rows, choose number to hit unbroken
(The goal is to hit the same number on each of the 8 minutes)

B. EMOM x 28 min (alternate movements each min)

Min 1 – AMRAP 20 sec Burpee Box Jumps (24/20’’)
Min 2 – AMRAP 20 sec KBS
Min 3 – AMRAP 20 sec Wall-Balls
Min 4 – AMRAP 20 sec Wall-climbs

L1 – 35/26#, 14/10# to 9/8 ft, burpee step-ups ok
L2 – 53/35#, 20/14# to 9/8 ft
L3 and L4 – 70/53#, 20/14# to 10/9 ft
