A. AMRAP 5 min (rest 3 min) x 3 sets:

Sprint 200m
10 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
Max sets of Complex below:
3 Deadlifts
3 Hang power cleans
3 Front Squats
3 Shoulder to overhead

Used 75#, got 6 rounds of the complex every set

B. 4 Rounds For Time:

100m Farmers Carry (2 KB’s)
10 Burpee Deadlifts with Kettlebells

Used 35#’s, completed in 10:49…fuckin hard!

LEVELS FOR BOTH WORKOUTS:

L1 – 65/35 Barbell, 26/18 KB, Burpee Step-ups ok
L2 – 85/55 Barbell, 35/26 KB
L3 – 110/75 Barbell, 53/35 KB
L4 – 135/95 Barbell, 70/53 KB
