Sleep, Vitals and Nutrition:

Previous Night Sleep: 11:45PM – 6:45AM (7 hrs)
Bodyweight: 151.8 lbs (dropping weight!)

Supplements: Now Probiotic-10 25 Billion (am), Wobenzym (3 am, 3 pm), ATP Mechanix Pre (am) and Post-Workout (before bed)
Caffeine: Y

Caloric Intake (cals): 1730
Protein (g): 134.7
Carbs (g): 99.4
Fat (g): 69.4 (went a little over here)

Water Intake: 12 cups (felt like I was going to float away)

Stress (1-10): 3

Training:

Walking: Walked around nurseries and Home Depot all day looking for pots and flowers. Then walked to the grocery store for food for dinner. All in all, I’d approximate a total of 3 miles so approximately ~200ish cals.  I think this is probably largely underestimated, but it’s a safe number.

Lifting: None

Cardio: None

Calories Burned: None

Overall Energy throughout the Day:

Walked around flower nursery’s all morning with my mom and aunt. Hit a wall around 1:30pm after looking at flowers and pots all morning. Felt much more energized after lunch. After a full day with Mom and Aunt Connie, I’m wiped.
