Supplements: Now Probiotic-10 25 Billion (am), Wobenzym (3 am, 3 pm), ATP Mechanix Pre (am) and Post-Workout (before bed)

Caloric Intake (cals): 2303 (went a little overboard today)

Fat (g): 95

Water Intake: ~10 cups (still working on getting to 20)

Stress (1-10): 2

Training:

Walking: Walked a total of ~5 miles throughout the day with Mom and Aunt C…probably somewhere around ~350 cals

Lifting:

Barbell Complex Sprints

6 Alternating Lunges

Tried to save most of my calories for later in the day, so mid-day was a little rough. Ended up going overboard anyway…
