Split my training up today…did the Split Squats with Branham at 7AM and then did the metcon with Carrie at the 4PM class. A. Four sets of: Bulgarian Split Squat x 4-6 reps @ 41X1 Rest 3 minutes 65(6);85(6);85(4);90(4) B. Three rounds for time of: 50 Double-Unders 25 Air Squats 400 Meter Run 10:31 Rx’d
